Flow Podcast outgrew its studio. The new address, the Flow Mansion, took a little over six months from the start of works to the first broadcast.
The house holds eight studios, a waiting room, kitchen, support rooms and offices, a server room and a pool. The electrical and IT systems were designed around availability and redundancy, with a backup generator.
The building work renewed the plumbing and electrical infrastructure throughout, replaced obsolete systems, and delivered new lighting, air conditioning, flooring, wall finishes and marble counters, working alongside the set designers.
